14. Terms for Sign Language Classes

Registration & Fees

• Registration is required in advance.
   

• All fees are non-refundable unless noted.

 

Certificate Policy

• Completion certificates are granted with minimum attendance and participation.

 

No-Show Policy

• Students missing class without notice may be removed without a refund.

 

Media Release Consent

• Enrollment includes consent to class media usage unless opted out via written request.

 

Age Requirements

• Classes are open to participants aged 16+. Youth classes (ages 12–15) may be available with parental consent.

 

Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior is mandatory. Disruptive participants may be removed from the program.

 

Online Class Requirements

• Students are responsible for maintaining internet access and appropriate devices.

 

Offline Class Guidelines

15. Terms for Digital Products Licensing

• Personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution is prohibited.

• Download links expire 14 days after purchase.

 

Access and Updates

• Updates are available for a limited time. Lifetime access refers to product availability, not lifetime guarantee.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are granted for digital products only if:

• Verified technical defect is found (corrupt files, etc.)
   

• Refund requested within 7 days of purchase
   

• No refund for device incompatibility or change of mind

 

16. Terms for Sign Language Study Abroad Program

a)Eligibility

• Open to college students and adults aged 18.

B)Travel Insurance

• Mandatory travel insurance including medical and emergency coverage

C)Medical & Accessibility Disclosures

• Medical conditions and accessibility needs must be disclosed during registration to ensure support

d)Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Full refund: Cancellation made 90+ days before the program starts

• 50% refund: Cancellation made 60–89 days before program start

• No refund: Cancellation less than 60 days beforethe  program

• Full refund if DotBlanc cancels the program due to force majeure events

E)Code of Conduct Abroad

• Respect for Korean culture, local customs, and Deaf community practices is expected

• Disrespectful or harmful behavior may lead to removal from the program

F)Program Inclusions

• Lodging, meals, daily language classes, excursions, curfew arrangements, and Deaf community access

• Daily itinerary and participant guidelines are provided in the welcome packet

G) Add-On Opportunities

• Deaf events, weekend trips, or private tutoring can be added at an extra cost (optional)

D)Emergency Protocol

• A 24/7 emergency contact number will be issued
